“Spin-the-wheel” is a limited period special promotion brought to you by Square Yards Consulting Private Limited (“Square Yards”, “the Company”) as part of Azadi Tour in collaboration with the participating builders. Your participation in this promotion is voluntary and you may choose to invest in available properties without this promotion.
Your entitlement to the winning item is conditional on you making a firm booking in the participating properties by paying the booking amount within the prescribed period and subsequent payments as per the payment plan of the builder.
As part of this promotion, Square Yards; at it’s absolute discretion, reserves the option to provide you either the winning item or it’s cash equivalent in the form of Azadi Tour discount. In case Square Yards decides to offer you the winning item, you will be required to pay to Square Yards any applicable taxes which the Company is required to deduct at source, before claiming the winning item.
Azadi Tour discount shall be payable only after Square Yards has received its entire commission from the builder. This is typically 90 days from the date when the builder has received 40% of the total cost of the property from the client and the client's builder buyer agreement has been executed.
Azadi Tour discount shall not be applicable in case the booking is either withdrawn or cancelled or allotment is not done for any reason.
Azadi Tour discount shall be payable to the client in the form of A/c Payee Cheque after deducting TDS at applicable rate.
In case of any changes in payment plan or others details of the booking, any credit note issued as part of Azadi Tour discount shall become null and void.
In case the Azadi Tour discount mentioned above is adjusted by the builder in the cost of the property, Square Yards shall not be liable to pay this discount to the client.
The disbursal timelines mentioned above are only indicative and are based on standard market practices.
